Default Listed property Bucharest?
Hello all,

Wondered if anyone had any experience and knowledge of listed building in Bucharest?.
We are looking to renovate a property in the area Capitale, Dorabanti, sector 1 Bucharest.

We have been told that this is a listed area, but we are not too sure if they are correct, and also were told that to even paint INSIDE a property need permission!

Does anyone know of this?

Some of the properties in Dorobanti are listed, furnish me a street name and I will come back to you with more details.
