Dear Zack,

There is another way to own land in Romania. Am wondering if you refer to land itself or to land as a footprint of a building. I presume the first since you have written in a previous message that you own land on the name of a Romanian and wonder if you can put it on your name without forming a company.
Anyway, send me a private message if you wish to discuss the matter in detail.
A link to David´s website is available on each post he puts here and if probably you find my explanations not comprehensive enough, I suggest you contact him for a second opinion. We´ve collaborated in the past and I think he is one of the best advisers on Romanian market.

Ohh well..........It’s all about money?? And especially this happens in Romania.

You are TITLE said " ask a question». I made my question but I haven’t got, at least, a simple answer, not only for me but for all people reading this Forum.

I agree it said ask a question, you have an answer that you can buy without using a company. Now you want intellectual knowledge for nothing. This is for guidance not charity we are already affiliated to 2 charities..
