Dear Alexandra

We also have some sayings that further what people receive from home. These are people are often guilty by association, which is the case here for you. In addition we have 2 sayings

1. If you wrestle with a Chimney Sweep you will get Black &

2. Make a fool of me once shame on you, make a fool of me twice shame on me.

As you are all to aware many foreign investors have been deceived in parting with their money in what even you must admit were not good investments and if you know anything about prices in Bucharest have to agree they were grossly overpriced for what they were.

I am not siding with Mr Johnson, but this forum is about truth and information for people who have invested in Romania, and people have the right to make an informed decision. Especially when the company he talks about had employees on extortionate commissions for selling and the agents were knowing saying and telling anything to induce a sale.

Now that these same employees are in independant business or making referals, do people not have the right to know or form an opinion as to whether a leopard has changed it spots?

As for you and not knowing your company, what I can say is I do know the Romanian & especially the Bucharest property market and note on visiting your website that you are trying to rent Studios in Greenfields at over 500 euro.

This we both know has as realistic a chance of materialising as the returns that the poor unfortunates were promised when purchasing, but creates the impression that such rental yields are applicable, when they are not.

Mr. Howe,
“Lots of people act well, but few people talk well. This shows that talking is the more difficult of the two.”
I never intended to start writing on any forum if I don't have anything to say ...personal fights ,opinion, attacks or any personal vendetta are not helping any of these people as..."How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives".....I mentioned before I joined this forum as response to Mr. Johnson accusation...perhaps, you should know that all our clients are aware for whom I worked previously; I never denied it and I was never proud of...and perhaps you should search more before making an opinion or throwing stones
As conclusion I am minding my own business and I am trying to respect what I’ve promised and I would be more than grateful if the rest will do the same.

Best regards,

Alexandra Varga

Dear Alexandru

These forums are for freedom of speech and to allow people access to information otherwise denied to them so that they can make an informed opinion.

Unhappy Romanian Mortgage

I have purchased a 1 bed property in Greenfields from a large overseas property company, who through an associated financial business partner talked me into the purchase on the assumption that i would have absolutly no problem getting a mortgage. I know things byond mosts control have changed the face of property investment maybe forever but, can anyone give me some advice as to what i can do or where i can look either to sell the property now or arrange finance. If i am not able to raise the finance what are the pitfalls of walking away.. thats apart from loosing 40k 1st instalment. is there any way to get some of the money back? Any help greatly appriciated.

Speak to a specialist on the Romanian market. The majority of people here are in the same boat as you.

Dear John

Just to inform you we are specialists, but are already associated to The Romanian Special Olympics Team and Sister Rose Carmel's Our Lady of Mercy.Ro

Therefore, to be able to support the above charities we have to charge people to continue in business and provide assistance.

I take it you work for free yourself????????????????

I post here for free

Surely there are some basic pointers you could give, that would hopely invite the poster to contact you and obtain your services for a fee.

Didn't mean to offend, it just seemed like a very cold response to be giving someone seeking advice given that you seem to have started this thread to offer advice.
