Default Egypt Section - the Red Sea boom is coming..

We've seen so called 'hotspots' come and go but theres nothing hot about Romania, Bulgaria, Poland or Hungary in the Winter! For a real 'hot' spot we need look no further than Egypt and the Red Sea coast in particular land is cheap labour is plentiful (and also cheap) and Egypt has some of the best weather on the planet. Five hours from London, 365 days of sunshine per annum, virtually zero rainfall, average daily temperatures of almost 30 degrees. Egypt is soon to adopt a more liberal attitude to budget airlines, land registration problems are being sorted out and mortgages will soon be more read¡ly available and cheaper. Does this sound like the conditions which could spark a property boom? Hopefully we will soon have a new section on Egypt and it would be great to get your views.....what do you believe to be the upsides and downsides of this market? What would make you buy there?
Lets here your views....

You have something equally similar in Tunisia. The same sunny weather, land and labour cheap and plentiful, and what's more we are here in Tunisia, the only British registered Estate Agency working out here, to assist you with buying, renting or building in Tunisia. Hi Peter,

I'm interested in buying property in the red sea, most likely Dahab. Has those improvements you mentioned materialized? How do I go about finding a property and arrange financing?

Thanks
