Default Help Please With Alternate Marketing

I'd like help here, if you please, to spend 2 minutes looking at a Youtube video and giving me your feeback on it. It's supposed to be funny, and different, and I would appreciate anyone who never posts replies on the forum to at least post a reply to this one.

This is our second attempt to pilot Web2.0 technology as part of a marketing tool, as yet part developed because I'd ask you to ignore the place-holder website to which the video refers until it has been properly done. (reference material is from Rich Schefren's publication The Attention Age Doctrine Part II issued in November 2007, which started me on this crusade)

The video has been taken and developed solely by my 16 year old and 10 year old sons. It's their present to Dad in return for a Nintendo Wii and a Starwars ROTJ Special FX Lightsaber.

This is what am asking you to think about when viewing this video:

Is the use of video in a property presentation far better than text and photographs, or does it not matter if it's a video or still photos?

Does the light hearted approach of a ten year old kid help to keep up the attention span, or do you find it annoying or condescending?

If any property you were considering buying BMV in the UK had a similar video tour, would you be more likely, as likely or less likely to make a fast decision on whether or not you would invest, assuming that you also have all the other figures that you would need to make a decision?

Hello sir. I'm just new here and saw your thread. All I can say is - very cute! You got yourself a great businessman here! And oh... I got my son a similar lightsaber last Christmas.

Seriously speaking now, online video is fast becoming THE marketing tool now. Great personalities are being discovered each day through YouTube or any other video sites out there. The funnier and more interesting they are - the more effective they can be to attract people's attention.

You can get far more information through video than photos or text could ever give. If Im a buyer, I would be more attracted to VIEW real estate marketing sites offering video tours of the properties they sell. It would save me time in the selection process, and would appreciate the extra effort by the realtor in providing this good presentation.

Best Regards,
Peter Allan Mariano
