As beautiful as ever, the condo fee has just gone up to R$385 and our block is about to be taken over by Littoral Hotels who already have four other hotels in Joao Pessoa. Everything is meant to be handed over officially on January 1st 2010 though they have already taken over the admin for the building.

We are moving on though so are selling up. Offers around R$130,000 though we are prepared to negotiate for a quick sale. We plan to up sticks in June or July 2010.

A man passing the block asked if any were for sale and was put in touch. Yet the property was advertised on lots of websites and with quite a few of the Joao Pessoa agents.
