Sale a rural house in Galicia, northern Spain

We have a 200 year-old rural house for sale in Galicia, in the province of A Coru?a. Set in a picturesque valley, with only 4 houses and a church, on approximately 18,000m? (5 acres) of land - half woodland behind with it's own spring and streams, water-mill, an old smithy, and an "horreo" (typical Galician grain store), the house consists of 2 floors of about 120m? each with large fireplace "lareira" and stone oven and, when renovated would be ideal for a rural guest house (casa rural). We want to move out and migrate to US as both of my sons are settled there. Want some advice to get a good deal of price.

Have you considered an exchange. We are looking to move to Spain for a second home and currently we live in the US. We have over 1 acre of land with spectacular mountain views in Georgia, approximately 1 hour from Atlanta.
