Advise on high-end agents in the UK & USA

I own a beach front Villa in Costa Blanca, Spain.

Looking for a reputable high-end agents in UK & USA to market this property in their respective countries.

Would appreciate any suggestions.

Yes, i read other advice and agree that not only for clients from uk or usa, see from others too.Iam in Bali island,have some pieces of land for sale with beach front, river, ricefield view.So, try to look buyer for investment at fast grow place

It is mis conception that the large agents Knight Frank/Savils etc offer any better service. In my experience they charge you to advertise your property in the FT/Sunday Times etc and charge a 4 or 5% fee only to appoint a local agent they pay 40% of their fee to, for usually finding a buyer!

Thank you for your advice.....well take noted well. All of the agent you said is big company, possibly they charge more....I prefer wait a buyer recommend by friend, so untill now...we still keep our land. Of course the price much higher now as nearby a new star resort chain hotel is under construction now...
