Default Below Market Value in Spain?

The Property Shop International has recently formed an association with an associate company in the UK who specialise in selling repossessed properties in the UK market. We have a large database of potential investors seeking Buy to Let or Buy to Hold investment opportunities.
If any owners have properties which are available at 30% or more below bank valuation then we are interested. Please PM me or email peter@thepropertyshopinternational.com with full details & photos if you have them.
Same goes for agents, please let us have details and they will go immediately to our BMV database for immediate client matching.

Thanks Darren; I wondered where this post had gone. I thought that it had been deleted! This surprised me as there are many struggling agents and investors out there and this may be a lifeline to some of them.We are not selling we are trying to find buyers...

The Property Shop International, through our UK associates specialising in BMV properties in Britain, has a large database of clients now seeking BMV properties in Spain. We would also like to hear from investors who need to sell off plan projects before completion and any Spanish owners prepared to sell at 30% below market value or more. We have funds waiting for th right deals...

Peter, I think this an excellent post and really appropriate in this market. If people have below bank valuation deals and distressed sales, please be in touch with us too. Thank you.

What constitutes "Below Market Value"? I always thought the market value was what a buyer was prepared to pay, and that establishes the value. Below Bank Valuation is another thing. BMV suggests that you can buy and sell again immediately for a profit. This will rarely be the case.

BMV networks are booming in the UK at present. Most members of these groups are serious speculators who alert each other to distressed vendors in their respective areas, they earn from each other for property referrals, much like Estate agents do.

Their websites and forums usually charge for membership.

How does BMV work with the Spanish market? Would LTV be based on current valuation or purchase price?
