Passive Investment returns

Locating property investments and varifying returns by your own due diligence is time consuming. It's also a necessity!
I've read some posts regarding repossessions/BMV properties, in various forums and they are very interesting, especially in the present property climate.
There are always positive sides to property investment in any market wether it is booming or moderating.

There are many ways to check the validity of investments ie. using, personal visits - Research on an area, local/National economic performance (including property prices), future planning proposals - Major roads, Airports, Rail systems, International events planned for an area etc. so having this information from local knowledge and personal contacts is a distinct advantage.

For many people the time factor is the ruling consideration.

So it is with this in mind that we came to represent a developer in Spain (after receiving investment returns) who has projects which are unique in that there are opportunities for income/capital growth, part-ownership, golf membership offers (with yearly returns if not used), Hotel room ownership with usage or high yearly returns and all the usual Land/property purchases (ready built/off plan) etc.

We are a dedicated agency (we are not trained sales people) and have gained our knowledge from personal due diligence and our own and other peoples experiences of their investments in similar projects.

One low entry investment (2,500 Euros with an excellent return over 5 years) includes an 'introduction offer' of a weeks free accomodation (for two persons) for investors who wish to meet and discuss their investment/possibilities with the developer. You don't need to be an investor (but in this case the accomodation is not paid).

There is no pressure (guaranteed from experience), no fixed meetings, just an opportunity to be open and relaxed whilst checking out your own due diligence and what's on offer. Countries for investing include Spain, Portugal, Carribean, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Thailand, Cape Verde.

Why is it different - because you can meet the people involved, the developer, investors who actualy invested and are receiving returns and have been - in some cases for 3 years.
The projects are mostly passive, unless you wish to buy Land/property and have to visit Spain to sign the paperwork (you can still give an independent lawyer a power of attorney).

There are exit strategies, buy-backs etc.

We started investing in this developer 2 years ago and have never looked back. I have personally been building property, investing in property (in the UK and abroad) and owned buy-to-let properties over a period of 26 years.

We started our company specifically to offer these projects and are part of a dedicated team of people, who are all property investors, (some professional, some not), who became agents.
These projects are now offered through us to property investors.
Investments with a difference, with investors to confirm their returns.
