Prestige projekt in the North of Tenerife, Canary Islands

There is this exceptional front line plot of 22.000 m2 in the middle of the Orotava Valley ideal for a 3 par golf course. A prestige projekt because in the North of Tenerife there are only 3 golf courses and the demand is steadily increasing. Everytime I read overseas properties in Spain, Tenerife or better Canary Islands, seem to be non existent or are not even mentioned. Theses islands with their superb climate all year around and their magificent nature are a true gem. Maybe someone is interested to hear more about them and the inmense investment possibilities there are at reasonable prices not even comparable with prices on the Mainland in Spain or the Islas Baleares.
