They are good deals, eg. One guy who works in oil, in middle east just wants to sell, he paid 240k, and is selling at 175k.

Another guy just wants his name cleared on the mortgage he has 3 to sell. So there are some good real deals around.

eg. 2 bed 2 bath apartments brought 3 years ago unused at 240k, now 175k. At a push he may go down to 165.000. Genuine reason to sell, he does not use it and works out country.

I am looking to buy an apartment or townhouse within walking distance to the beach either in Marbella, Fuengirola or Benalmadena. 2 beds or more with a large terrace.
