Townhouse in Javea 145.000 euros

Hi the sale of a townhouse has just fallen through, originally it was on the market for 180.000 to 200.000, this has gone down to sales price of 145.000, the deposit was supposed of been paid, but fell through yesterday.

Sellers obviously disappointed. Pretty cheap for a townhouse in javea. Walking distance to cafes, shops, bars, high street. 20 minute walk to port. 2 beds, roof terrace.

The people are selling as they now live in a villa, and dont need it any more. Nice people. They brought it 3 years ago for 120k+ and renovated to make it liveable. And so have not made any money on their money or work. But just want rid of it, as they already have some where else.

Ideal for holidays, retirement.
