Hi - we are a family of five loking for a long term rental, fully furnished, in Southern Costa Blanca ie: Torrevieja, Cabo Roig, San Miguel, Villamartin etc.
Have found some on various websites but they all want ridiculous amounts of money up front!

Kids start school at Mar Azul International on September 11th so need to get this sorted asap.

Any help or info would be muh appreciated - thanks!

Hi, what exactly are you looking for - we have some properties in this area. We have a brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow / apartment in Punta Prima, which would be very handy for Mar Azul. This is available for long term and sleeps 5 people.

We are looking for a three bedroomed property with use of communal pool or private would be great. has to be three bedrooms we have two boys who will share and one girl in need of a room of her own.

Sounds like the area you have in mind is perfect! we are looking for at least 6 months with the option to extend and have a monthly budget of 600 to 650 euros per month.

Hi - we also have a 3 bedroomed property in Zeniamar, Punta Prima, with communal pool, huge solarium (with shower), communal Gymnasium, jacuzzi, sauna and lovely community gardens and seating areas. Problem is it is over your budget at 750 per month but this does include bills (electricity and water). We may be able to do it for 650 if you pay your own bills. Not sure if I am allowed to post links here, if I am I could post a link to the property so that you can see it.

I am in exact same situation, daughter been offered a place in Mar Azul but I not even been over there yet.
Seen loads of nice apartments and Villas but some very pricey and I have about the same budget as you.
How is it going so far?

If anyone can give me links or advise.
I looking for 3 bed in same area's Flamenca/Zenia et etc
