Looking to rent long term Gandia/Cullera area

We are intending to move out to the northern part of Costa Blanca in July/August 2008 and are looking to rent a property on a long term basis. We would appreciate any advice or the name of any estate agents who may be able to help. We are looking to rent ideally a 4 bedroom villa in this area. Can anybody help. We have no pets and 4 children. Budget around 500 -700 euros per month. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Tony

There are some specialists in the area, it depends how far from there you are willing to be. Will you be working there? Are you looking to retire there? How long is long term? July starts high season so it is unlikely you will get much for the money you offer! They would fetch that and more per week. THis sort of budget will get you a 2-3 bed apartment in Ondara, and Oliva. If you look at villa prices and work on around 3.5 - 4% return on capital it should give you some idea of rental value.
If it is to live then you can look at Pego, Orba, Jalon, on the internet. You should get some results with letting agents.
