Thumbs up

Hi Gary,

Marbella's a great place to move with young children - I grew up there myself

As for long-term rentals this may be a bit tough, but nevertheless there are options.

Have you heard of the SUR in English?

What part of Marbella are you looking to move to?

Greg

Thats good news Greg,

We are not really sure to be honest. My new employer is based in the centre of Marbella so as long as its in driving distance or has an easy bus route then thats the main criterian to start with. I've been told that Calahonda is suppose to have really good schools so we are looking there. My company has provided us with 3 months accommodation to help us get out there so thats a start and gives us a little bit more time to find the right place.

Thanks

Gary

Hi Gary,

Calahonda is a nice place. Theres a few schools close by: NEIC, Alboran, etc. However I strongly suggest to get a car then as going by bus can be quite unreliable (you never know when they come and in summer its WAAAY TOO HOT to go into a bus with 100 other peopl ).

Have you checked San Pedro/Nueva Andalucia area? Thats a bit closer to Marbella and definitely an excellent school: Aloha College.. Then in San Pedro there's Calpe and some Spanish schools (not sure if they are any good). Although these areas will be more expensive than Calahonda..

Hope this info helps... Let me know if you have any more questions.

Greg
