Hi,, tina reddle

Following is the post of you in
" Jardin de Los Reyes" thread - 25/05/2007

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have been looking in Castilla La Mancha Spain for property and come across a town called Almansa. There are two projects Torre Grande Golf which has just received permissions for its first phase and Jardin de Los Reyes which I have been told hasnt even put a project in to the town hall and have in fact been asked to withdraw their website by the town hall. I know which I will be looking at. Also The Algarve is looking great for investment

What I have said is very straigthforward. I have been investing in Spain and Portugal for many years. If you want to know what is going on dont listen to anyone but the town hall.

Default to tina.....

After various meetings with the Town Hall,we were advised that we should present to the committee at this stage and make a full presentation to general public in march 2008.The presentation will only take place once we have all outline planning parameters defined and agreed with the Planning Authorities as is normal
procedure in spain. We are pleased to inform you that we expect to have
outline planing during Q2 & Q3 of 2008, well within the time periods we first promised................

So, it could be next September before this even has outline pp. How long before building actually starts, never mind completion ?.

Meanwhile, the people behind this development are being paid salaries, funded by investors.

The Emperor's new clothes springs to mind.

Between Q2 and Q3 he said. This project is going extremely well, communication with investors is excellent (I hold 2 plots) and we are all making money while we sleep. Sad people like the above and Tina just talk rubbish without a shred of evidence to back up their statements. They are missing out on a great opportunity, it's their loss, and there's nothing they can do to change it just by writing rubbish on here.

Tetchy, aren't we ?. Nerves, maybe ?.

Learn to read ?. Q3 is July, August, September. Ergo, as I said, it could be September. YOU learn to read.

The project is going extremely well !?!. It's going Nowhere !.

All you have in reality is a share of a field in the middle of nowhere, for which you overpaid, wirh no pp.

As for all the proposed amenities, are they written into your contract ?.

They can promise whatever they like; they are not beholden to deliver.

Bottom line, they've already made their profit - from you !.
