Hi! Have you got any updates since this post?

The opportunity has landed on my lap and does sound good, but it is interesting that this was started 1.5 years ago.

SO would be interested to hear any people updates from this investment!

You should only buy properties in Spain which already have the full approvals, even for experienced dealers this should apply and in anycase provided you have the medium [ say circa 2010] or long term [ next boom in UK & EU say 2018 post] there are now some good deals about
Same applies to life styel buyers...good time provided you buy in good location even allowing for exchange rate

Of course i'm not looking to buy property, that's not the scheme I have on offer! It is a bonded loan syndicate to a developer!

We are in the process of compiling a newsletter which will update all our clients who have invested in
Jardin de los Reyes. This newsletter will be sent to you before the end of September.

In the meantime, I am pleased to announce that we are able to commence the first of many projects within
Jardin de los Reyes. This is the redevelopment of the vineyard which will allow us to bring back the wine
production on site, and will include the construction a new state of the art Bodega, entertainment facilities and
expansion of the wine production.

We have 200 acres of vineyard with more than 180,000 vines planted on the estate, the majority of which
are over 20 years old.

We are launching a vineyard Founders Syndicate and are inviting a select number of investors to access this
opportunity at an early stage.

The Syndicate is being managed by an FSA regulated IFA in the UK.

The Founders Syndicate will have access to exclusive VIP benefits within the development and
Founder investors will invest for a two year period with a return on the investment of 20 per cent
per annum (40 per cent return on your investment). The minimum investment is £25,000.

Good luck!!!

In the middle of this crisis is this whole development just about to eventually come to a full stop
It has always seemed a high risk job but in todays world and for the next couple it must be a non starter
I know the developers are looking for punters and not life style buyers...but are there any left!!

If you have invested I would have thought just now that it is time to look at your contract for the get out clause as developments such as this are just not going to be financed in the current market in Spain....and I hope that all the investors have a Bank Guarantee!!

It sounded very good in the early days when evrything was booming but even then it was high risk not having all the permits

But again experienced property punters can look after themselves and take the good with the bad.....but for life style buyers play safe

And of course there are still some dealers looking to pick up the left overs of failed developments

So, in effect, the latest developments amount to trying to get more money out of your current investors (grapes anyone ?) and you've added yet another person to the payroll. If I was an investor I'd be getting very, very worried.

Did anyone get the promised newsletter ?. What did it say ?.

Totally unconnected, but follow the threads on various forums about Fortuna/Oanna for an indication of what might be going on when developments 'drag their heels'.

In today's market (when you can't give Spanish property away (or Bulgarian, Moroccan etc.) be very, very afraid.
