LOS PANDOS UPDATE DECEMBER 2010
As promised, we are pleased to give you the following update on progress in the Paisajes de Almansa Project on the
Los Pandos site.

Firstly the General Town Plan of Almansa was officially put out to tender on Wednesday 10th November 2010.
This tender process has to have all offers submitted within 58 days and applicants can be any major architect firm in the
European community. The governing party in the Town Hall has made it their absolute priority to have the “Avance”
(advance of the General Plan) published by April 2011 in the run up to local elections in May. We are very proud to
inform you that Los Pandos is of strategic importance to the growth of Almansa and the entire region and has been declared
so by the Junta de Castilla La Mancha (governing body for the entire region).

We are very pleased with the planning progress and feel that everything is running to schedule with your investment.
The Paisajes de Almansa project will create more than 4,000 jobs over the next decade and further studies have been
carried out in the last twelve months by Deloitte here in Spain to analyse the financial feasibility of our project.
This has been an exhaustive study of each individual business element as well as running costs, employment
requirements and further assessment of amortisation in order to confirm the profitability of such elements.
The first draft of this study was handed over to us in July of this year. We look forward to having the final results of this
study in the first quarter of 2011 and will keep you informed in the next update.

Some of the considerations put forward by Deloitte are currently assisting us in improving the residential area of the site.
These will bring some very exciting changes which will add even more value to your investment. We look forward to giving
you an on-line presentation of the newly improved residential area by April next year.

We are very confident that Paisajes de Almansa will become an iconic lifestyle development within Europe in the next five years.

The AVE high speed rail system is now very advanced in the southern part of the site and there is now a large asphalted
bridge on the main entrance to the site. We are happy to include some photos of this for you below.
There will be further earth movement and preparation works carried out in 2011 ready for the beginning of major infrastructure.

In our next update, we will be able to give you some very detailed information on the layout of Paisajes de Almansa once the
“Avance” of the General Plan has been published.

We are very happy with the way the development is going in such unprecedented times.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you health and happiness for 2011.

I read a wide variety of business/financial publications and I have never even seen this 'project' mentioned. Spain has an unemployment rate of + 20% so don't you think if something like this was genuine it would be attracting media attention ?. Nada.

If 'investors 'haven't already said goodbye to their money, then they are out of touch with reality.

i invested originally and after 2 years asked for my money back 10000 euros with interest, and had to keep chasing and chasing and threaten legal action, and have just had the last back as they paid in in istallments, which worried me, as if they have had all our deposits etc where has it gone?that they cant pay back approx 15000, but to give them their due i did eventually get it back as promised.Personal veiw though i dont think anything will ever be built, the goalpoasts change every week, villa to a namechange,to a vineyard,to a masive industrial park. The partners change regularly and reports keep being commissioned etc etc I may have it wrong but i am glad i am out.Good luck all.

Oh and not to mention that when it was first touted and while they were taking deposits,it was all over the web!! Try and find anything now new!! Even forum boards are being stopped.I reckon that nobody is kicking up a fuss because everybody including myself was being promised payment, in installments so didnt want to rock the boat in the hope of gettig their money back. This is obviously only my opinion.

Mardy, I think you are very, very lucky to have got your money back in full. Well done. I doubt others will be so fortunate, as money is being creamed off for commission payments, reports, salries etc.
