I have been involved in Spanish real estate for many years, mainly in the Marbella area. From what I hear and see that area at least won't get back to it's former price levels any time soon. I know Marbella is not a good representation of the Spanish market as a whole so there may very well be areas that do experience certain levels of growth. The money is still out there and the Spanish weather will continue to attract a lot of people.

Default Property for sale in Spain

I have definitely seen a huge difference this year. There are more people searching for property for sale in Spain. However the buyers are very particular and want to be west facing and close to the sea. Also Spanish property sellers need to ensure that their property is in a fantastic condition to get the sale.
