Be careful when buying property in Pego and Oliva

You can buy some really great properties at good prices currently in the lovely areas of Oliva and Pego but steer clear of English Estate Agents in Spain. One of them declare they are GIPE or API registered when they are not. The other give a false office address when they are holed up in a back street Bed & Breakfast. The worst of a rubbish lot namely are Parasol Networks and Casitas.

Be careful with the law firms too, some are too expensives and don't look for your interest.

Spain is a great place to invest if you know how.

Is it not a view that everyone has about someone. I have had dealings with Parasol and not had any problems, they were fine with me. It is all about how some reacts to another person or a group of people.
