Foreign investment in Spanish property grew in 2011 according to figures from the Bank of Spain. After increasing by 27.8% through to the end of September compared with the same period in 2010 which experienced a mere 2.6% growth, overall transactions reached €3.6 billion. We are all really hoping that this carries on. Especially as the banks have been told to sell their properties fast, prices will come down even more

Maybe, but I don't think so. IMHO the desirable areas have reached their bottom. That doesn't mean they will go up anytime soon but prices should be at least stable.
