My name is Bethan and my partner is Karl. We live in the UK and own an apartment in Formentera del Segura on the Costa Blanca. We joined this forum as a way of keeping up to date with things in Spain and also to possibly find a way of renting out our apartment after our new baby is born in October.

I live in Spain but I own a rental property in Torreblanca. We have found that we have great success with holidaylettings.co.uk. We pay to advertise our property on there every year, it is easy to use and has a great availability calendar so that searches can see what times of the year are free and which are not.

If you do decide to use that portal, would you mind telling them that I sent you (Owner Id = 37054 and property is 62998)

If you are referring to the post I made about holidaylettings then that was genuine advice, I do use them to rent my perosnal property and I have had success
