actully mathy is my nick name !! I love to be called as mathy

!! Well i found it very safe. Me and my friend travelled alone across Barcelona, Mollet (a small Posh Town near Barcelona). The only problem i found there was food. I prefer to eat vegetarian but there was no scope of getting anything in vegetarian in Mollet. But but but .. Barcelona is awesome. Luckily i have all good memories of Barcelona

Hey everyone! I'm Rob. I've decided to join this forum because I love Spain, though I have never been there. Actually I feel that if I will go to Spain, I'm not going to come home for a long time. And I just can't do that now. It's not the the right time...
I am also interested in everything real estate related so I hope I'm in the right place : )

Spain seems like an amazing place to own real estate. If you buy real estate as a rental property however, what kind of returns can you expect? I'm not sure how Spain is doing on the real estate market right now

Hiya, Have a read of the buyers guide on the Casas Espania website (I am unable to link the URL Link)

Spain is a beautiful place to live, I do not have any plans to return to the UK. But one thing I do suggest is, research where in Spain you want to live. Do you have any ideas where you would like to live in Spain?

I wrote a blog article on buying in Spain on the same website, on page 2.

It depends on where in Spain you buy and the type of property. I can't speak for the rest of Spain but I live in Almoradi near Alicante on the Costa Blanca and although property sales are low, they are improving. We have the new Paramount theme park set to open in 2015 in Murcia, which will generate high return on rentals.

The best thing to do is look around to see what infrastructure there is in the regions.

Hi Graham, how long have you lived in Andalucia? It is somewhere both my husband and I would like to visit. We have lived in Almoradi, near Alicante since June last year and don't look back.

We have lived here in Alhaurin el Grande for 11 years, it is a beautiful place to live - close enough to the coast (15 mins ) to spend the day there but fantastic countryside to come back home to. When we first came two of our 4 children still lived at home, one went to school here. Thankfully they are all grown up now .... but they still find time to come back and visit, in fact 3 of them have partners and so all 7 of them are coming home in a couple of weeks for a long weekend!!!
