I'm Gerry Pridham, part time property investor. At the beginning of this year, we took a trip to Fuerteventura to look at an investment there. We ended up buying 8 apartments and registering a Spanish company. We have now sold more than 20 to our investor colleagues. These are for long term rent to local blue collar workers, not golf front resort homes.
