Selling nightmare in Alcossebre

Bought a property in Alcossebre Spain, and would really appreciate some major help and advice.

The estate agent i've commissioned to sell my property are absolutely useless as it has been with them for a long while and i've recently found out that there is no for sale sign outside the property and the property doesn't seem to be marketed anywhere.

Can someone please advise on alternate methods i can use to sell my property quickly.

Strategy.

Where do you live uk or abroad?

If uk.
Get on plane.
Go to every agent in town that is reputable, put property on at realistic price.
Go to internet sites and advertise,and clients you have you need a key holder trustworthy near to your property.
If you want to sell it discounted. ie. below market value, there are people who buy this type of thing.

If the 3rd. Let me know market price, and sales price if it is 20% of below market price, or bank valuation, I will put it to some investors, that may be interested. No guarantees.

Theyre right Im afraid you need to take control and maybe consider posting your property on webb sites for all to see!

This should help the situation- dont always rely on agents to sell your property for you do a bit of work yourself aswell!

Unfortunately this is a common mistake when people are trying to sell their properties that they rely on agents to much and dont check up on their advertising or follow up on leads or ask the necessary questions?
OR querie whats happening?

why are you selling as we are looking to buy. What property do you have as we may be interested .

I know alcossebre very well & many of the agents.Which are you using? I could recommend two or a site where you can advertise for a small charge but a local agent is probably best.You need to appoint one of the more established agents as opposed to the many newcomers who have jumped on the bandwagon with empty promises.The market is a little slow at present as you will know that prices in alcossebre are higher than in many other resorts.I have had property there since 1987. would be pleased to help if posssible.

Noted your message I have owned property in alcossebre since 1987 it is one of the gems of the spanish coastline magnificent and highly recommended
