Need Advice Fuerteventura Golf Properties

Hi All

I am looking for a 2bed 2bath Apartment in Fuerteventura, can you tell me were is a nice up market area to start looking.

I would like a golf resort complex please a very nice one would also like to let it out about 4-6 mouths of the year.

Only in G. Canary or Fuerteventura please.

As far as I'm aware there is only one golf course on Fuerteventura at Caleta de Fuste. I think it’s a decent course as they've held some good tournaments there. There is quite a bit of building just off the course where the prices are better than the properties actually on the golf course development itself. Caleta is a good family holiday area.

If you're looking for beachfront in Fuerteventura I can put you on to a good bet - not cheap though, but first-line to a beautiful beach.

I have been commuting to Fuerteventura since last February (9 trips) and have set up a specialized company there for a specific investment. My main man (agent and friend) has lived there for 10 years and speaks five languages. He knows just about everyone in property there, and currently lives in a 3 bed villa just above the first golf course. There are two there.

Happy to put you in contact with Hossain, and indeed to have a chat with you to find out a bit more about what you are looking for and what you are trying to achieve. Personally, I've done the tour of the older and newbuild and offplan golf couse villas and apartments, and I don't think they are particularly clever investments. Having said that, I am not as experienced in the area as Hossain or others I know on the island.

I'd be happy to talk through your needs. I've recently been appointed as an agent for Solbank and Halifax, so can also give you some advice about mortgages.
