Default Getting registered for our B&B in Spain

Hello all,
I have been running an ?legal?B&B in Spain for the last 2 years, having lived here for 3 1/2 yrs. And think it is about time to get registered legally as we are getting quite busy and successful. And as all the building work and decoration is finished now at last. But we have been told this can be quite a tricky and expensive exercise to do, our Spanish is OK ???but not enough to speak to accountants etc, there seems to be no one body of people that we can approach to get all the info etc we need, well at least we do not know of anybody..... can anybody out there help advise us of what and where to start, without this costing us a small fortune.
Regards

Hey Joseph,
Where about are you located? Is there no English-speaking accountant/lawyer in your area?

And what are you looking to legalize, your income or the actual B&B?
Many Thanks

Default Getting registered for our B&B in Spain

Hey Joseph,
We are looking to legalize both, our income and the B&B, and yes our local Gestoria speaks a little English, we have a translator, anyway, so no problem there, we just don?t want to open a can of worms,,,,we would like to know what needs to be done and how to do it and how much etc before we go to anyone like a solicitor/accountant..
Keep in touch

May I ask how you've been doing this? We're looking to start a B&B in Spain and I wonder how we could advertise our B&B without being legal, because I assume you can not be on any of the big websites? Could you advise us?

Thank you
