Estate agents for Property in Spain

Hello all,
I am looking to move to Spain in the very near future, the Costa del luz region seems to have a lot going for it. Does anyone know the area and if so any nice towns, outside of the main tourist areas but still within easy commuting distance. If there were any lakes or rivers with fish in near by that would be great! (Yes I love fishing). Also and I guess one of the most important things is does anyone know of honest (not shark like) estate agents dealing with this region?
