Hi ,sorry , i just looked back to your original message and noted you have a 3 bed townhouse. If it is difficult for Spanish to buy their own properties to live in would it be a suitable one to keep and rent out or do you need the funds to buy somewhere else?.

Post re-sale costa de la luz

Yes it is off-plan, I figured I would lose my deposit if I am unable to sell as the developer would just take it?? Also would lose deposit at the price the Real Estate Agent wants to sell it for, so I stand to lose 51,887.00 euros, also I know nothing about getting a Spanish mortgage, renting it out etc...so I dont know if that is a viable option, my solicitor has only replied once!!! and the developer FRINVER has not replied to any of my e.mails so I dont know whats going on??? Its a scary situation to be in

[QUOTE=cazoli;39734]Hi Sue - equally I am looking for the same but on the Costa de la Luz in order to sell our 3-bed townhouse so please if you find one with a branch in Costa Esuri/Ayamonte do let me know - Thanks!

I suggest that you speak with Peter Lloyd of Andalusiahouse based in Huelva. I have had dealings with Peter for a couple of years now, he is very helpful and reliable. I don't know if this forum will let me put his number in...959 521 298... Yes it will! If Peter can't help, he may know someone who can.

Good luck

Chris.
