Here is another one, client paid 3.5 years ago 220k for 2 bed property in del sol, plus taxes is 240k, will sell for 165k . That is 75k less than he actually paid!

lies dam lies and statistics.!!.....you can make it look greater than it is depending on which figures are used. I would say that was a 36% discount which is still pretty hefty, even after the strength of the euro has been taken into account
