Long term rental required in Benidorm starting in July

Hi I live in Benidorm and I am looking for a long term rental of 11mths or more. I would be looking to start renting from the beginning of July, we are going to give our notice on our apartment at the end of this month. It is just myself and my boyfriend we have lived here in Benidorm a while me for nearly 6 years and my boyfriend for 5. I would like either a large one bedroom or a two bedroom apartment, I dont really want to live in a noisy tourist block as myself and my boyfriend work, just a nice apartment it must get the sun, with a pool and not miles away from the beach. A parking space or garage would be required, or at least somewhere to park the car without too much hassle. If anyone knows of any properties please let me know, I am willing to pay 600 euros per month plus bills, or 650 euros if it was the right property. Many thanks in advance.

Thanks for your quick reply, I wouldnt be interested in Gemelos 2 as there are to many tourists that stay there I know it can be very noisy from past experience. I am looking for a quieter block that doesnt have loads of tourists staying there, the areas of Benidorm I am interested are anywhere across the road from avda Europa when you cross towards the old town side, I also like the area where apts Kennedy 1 & 2 are by Tommys bar etc. Do you have any apts in these areas, as I said we would like something not too noisy as we both work long hours, the only way I would want to live in a block with alot of tourists if it was right on the beach, but other than that I would prefer a more residential block. Thanks for getting back to me I have got your number now so I will give you a ring in a week or so. As I mentioned before we are aiming to move by the beginning of July, I would like to view the apartments in the next couple of weeks as, if we find something we like we will give our months notice in at the end of May.
