i love elviria - it was the first place i stayed when i went to Marbella. Close to the port but at the same time far enough away! my business partner lives there and runs a spanish mortgage company there.

have you heard about Holiday Rentals and Property Rentals on the Costa del Sol Spain

they are only down the road at mijas

its a good time to buy in spain cause the markets so slow(same as the uk) but to be fair im not to sure on the rentals cause they´re not finished yet and i,ve no experience in the area but according to the agent i bought them from its an up and coming area and they should pay for themselves (they would say that though)

I'm in the same position as you. Not yet built after 18 months and a year still to go! Perhaps things will settle by next year. With the level of supply coming on stream and, some evidence that the typical holidaymaker is not travelling in the same volume, I am concerned about the rental return.

Default Ready Rentals

So whats the real story with Ready Rentals? Are they any good or is there a certain amount of sour grapes and suspicion as to how they possibly came by a lot of our contact data from a large property company. If anybody has any real experience of the standard of service they offer i would love to hear it. I spoke to some of their representatives today who claimed to be in Spain. Anybody actually been to their offices in Spain. They are beginning to make a convincing argument letting agents recommended by a developer? - is that always in the best interest of the client? Two sides to a story lets hear it?

Spain is in trouble - it is now expensive and with the Euro at 1.2500 you can almost have a holiday in the States visiting the Mouse for the same cost as a cheap Spanish holiday. If you can hold on another 18-24 months i think it will turn around as the builders have stopped building the oversupply we be dealt with and the illegal properties will get bull dozed and rental yeild will improve.

Problem is the banks aren’t lending money - until this is fixed there is going to be some more pain.

Good news France is next!

Just to let you know though i to have had my net worth dented recently and it isnt nice due to the property slump - importance of selling when you have booked a profit

But on the rental side i have heard good things about Holiday Rentals and Property Rentals on the Costa del Sol Spain

Default Advertising your property

Hi

I use holidaylettings.co.uk to advertise our property to the UK market for holiday rentals. I know people who have used both and they vote holidaylettings all the time.

I have had a great experience with holidaylettings and the enquiries are sent to your email and your phone so you never miss a lead, you can call them back immediately.

We started using holidaylettings.co.uk for our property in Torreblanca at the start of June and I filled our house for the whole of July, August and I have 2 weeks in September booked. I am impressed so far......

I have not used ownersdirect so I cannot comment, I have only heard what my friends have said

If you do join holidaylettings would you mind telling them I sent you
