I'm, sure that many agents will be able to help you but in the end you have to find one who gives you confidence that you will get a good service
Lost of choice just now in my area between Alicante and Mojacar although I tend to favour Almeria between Aguilas and Mojacar which is where I will winter in due course
Need to know your price range and location criteria but when buying re sales you have to watch the quality of the build as some of the older ones are not very well insulated and built
But if you allow for updating in the price you pay then that should not be a problem
You also have the choice of new ready now which will be built to a modern spec and certainly is something you can look at.....some room for negotiation on the price with these also
As you no doubt realise as a buyer just now you will be in a good position to get a super deal
