If you've made an investment in Pattaya Grove and live on the other side of the world you might go on the internet and contact some real estate agents in Pattaya and inquire about property there.
You might have to pose as an interested buyer in order to get them to respond to you
You could tell them you are interested in Pattaya Grove or any other similar development and see what they say.
If there is still something going on there you could ask them more information about how far along the project is and if he has any photos of the development he could send you
If there's nothing happening there he will probably steer you to other developments.

The often repeated warning "never invest any money in Thailand you can't afford to lose" is a good one to remember

I bought a 2 bed link bungalow in Phoenix Grove in 2007, unfortunately, it is still not built as it was bought 'off-plan'. I have paid all my money apart from the 'completion' money for this property.
The developer is very poor at keeping in touch with his clients and keeping us up to date with new information.
I would advise you to keep a solicitor on hold just in case anything goes wrong.
Can I ask you if you bought 'off plan'?
Unfortunately I have now waited over 2 years for my little dream investment to come alive and I have reservations if it will ever come true.
