condo for rent part time

I have a 3bd 2bt 145 sqmeters condo in bangkok "Silom" for rent. I would like to rent out part time, 1to4 months at a time, so I can stay there when I go to Bangkok, I live in Calif most of the time. 35000 Baht per month.

Because I can't travel now as often as I use to do - it's available anytime for any lenght. Goes cheap - from $100/week and $300/month. It's away from the city pollution, noise and traffic and surrounded by the canals, gardens and orchards.
