İt just seems very odd why you waited all this time,did you not ask your solicitor/ agent/ devoloper why !.. or did you buy off plan!

Did you not ask to to see the owners Tapu proir to buying .!

Did you have a notary signed contract with your agent/ devoloper.!

Do you have a Habitation certificate. for both property.!

It was a new build but there are 34 aparts one side got there,s first and a year later the other side got their,s. It was only the second tapu was the hold up.Every one chased Hanel still do not know the reason but every thing is ok now as 2 aparts have sold so it is all legal just waiting onour,s to go

Why was it helded up......? my customers would ask,

I do not believe your are alone waiting two years for a your Tapu.. I recently heard some people have waited 3 years ..

I doubt very much if there was a Tapu in the first place ..

The question remains;!
