Default Bodrum Golf next to the lake full of flamingos

Investing in Bodrum is a good decision. Golf is becomming popular in Turkey, and both the government and private companies are spending alot of money on new golf projects. The property prices are much cheaper than other countries and this is the right time to invest in a golf project if you want a good return for your money.
We are the authorised agency for the project that you are talking about in UK.We do not get any commission and if you give your phone number or email adress, we will be happy to contact for further information or to book an appointment.

hi
The tuzla area of bodrum is an ideal are to invest in. My friends have bought 2 apartments out there and already they are seeing the investment benefits. You really have to think ahead just think what the gumbet area used to be like 10 year ago. Also the price they are asking for to be a member of the golf course is high which indicates how high the property prices will be when everything is complete and the type of clientel.

Hope this helps

Bodrum has reasonably priced golf properties at the moment. This is because most of the projects are off plan and the golf courses are not fully complete. The prices will increase alot very soon, so I advise everyone who are considering to purchase a property to invest as soon as possible.
