I want to build a house in saklikent area. It a new build villa area near a small village kadicoy. Its a beautifil area and close to Kemer and Fethiye. I bought a big plot there and there s space for another 2 or 3 villas. I found a builder but i m looking for more people who are interested for building (investing). It will bring the costs down also the land is to big for take care of my own. Please write if youre interested,

I rented a villa 50 m. from my land. Its a villa in a new build villa area there and all villas are sold already. The land i bought is next to that area. This builder is going to build there another 28 villas. I m not to happy about his build. I made my own design with architect and found a good builder with good references. I will go talk with him about the possibillities. Maybe some people will get interested for an investment over there. Its really to beautiful spot. thank you for your responce. Obviously I don't know your arrangements currently in place but it might be worth your while considering the following. It is quite normal in Turkey for the builder to build a number of properties, one to keep for himself ("free") One for you ("free") and you pay for the cost of another couple of building that you can sell on.....it's attractive for all concerned. Just be careful to draw up a close contract with the builder. Good Luck with it!

Yes there may well be space for another 2 or 3 villas.but is there permission,?

Just be VERY carefull before you draw up ANY contract with ANY builder,

It is quite normal in Turkey for builders to GO BUST,
Have you seen this builders previous work,?How long as he been in the area,?
