Hi all, I just wanted to say hello.

We have just returned to UK having bought a 4 bed duplex apartment in Hisaronu, direct from the developer. It is a new build and shares a plot containing only 2 buildings. (2 lower and upper apartment buildings) There is a pool and jaccuzzi.

We are delighted with the price which includes all fees and furnishings. We will need to visit again to go on an accompanied shopping trip.

We intend to rent to family, friends and "vouched for" people only, as we do not need the income to pay a mortgage.

Any comments and or tips will be most welcome.

Take it there are city fees as well .. have you set up a standing order to arrange these to be paid.also electric.

Are your family/ friends (vouched for) paying guest.!.if so, you would have to pay tax,

Property managament, have you arranged some one to manage your property for you.( ie cleaner etc etc)

Have you arranged Airport transfers for your family/ friend's,
