İSP,
You could try,searching / looking at,Yeni Foca,

Yeni Foca it has a small marina it is a beautiful and charming place.
The panoramic coasts and beaches are typical of this area of Turkey.Diving, sailing surfing fishing are but a few of the many sporting activities there. Nearest airport izmir,

Default Property in Dalaman,Turkey

Hello ISP

You have been advised correctly about Dalaman, it is a new up and coming area with huge investment potential. Another area to consider is Dalyan, only 25 minutes from Dalaman. This town is already an established resort but the property prices are still reasonable.

Hi,

have you ever considered Bodrum as an area to invest in? I am currently living here with my family and we have invested in 3 properties here.

I think there are some good developments around Akbuk and Antinkum. One my friends recently purchased a villa there.

Hello ISP,

Are you looking for a property for investment or just to live in it?
Dalaman, Gocek, Fethiye and Cesme are areas that are not yet fully dicovered by foreign people. However, if you would like to buy purely for investment, you might get very high returns from Bodrum, Marmaris etc.

If you need help with investments please do not hesitate to contact me.

İs that why they refer to Fethiye as (”Little Britain”). and Alanya (”Little Germany”)

ISP,was asking about up and coming areas where the prices are currently low.

TH4S,
Up coming areas are not always cheap. Didim is full of British investors, but it is the cheapest destination to buy a property. On the other hand, we see very few foreign people in Cesme, however the prices much higher than the rest of the holiday destinations.
