Default Best Choice for Investment today
Without doubt Turkey is the best preference for investment today.
Property is expected to rise between %25-30 over the next 12 months.
The Lira has weakened with ? fetching nearly 3 Lira.
My advise is to get in while you can, personally we went out of main resort and the buying costs and living costs are considerably lower than in Kusadasi.
There are properties with 4 bedrooms being built off plan on all European sites that will be worth significantly more when finished.
I made the decision to buy 2 years ago and now I am going ahead with my plan.
