Question Who can and who canīt buy in Turkey
Need some help here all you Turkish gurus.

I have heard that Indian and Pakistani nationals are not allowed to purchase any type of property in Turkey. I have the list from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs showing countries that have reciprocal agreements, those countries that can buy property, but not land, and those countries whose nationals cannot buy anything - and neither India nor Pakistan appear anywhere amongst these lists.

Has anybody got any ideas?

I spoke with a Turkish lawyer this morning, and Indian and Pakistani nationals can purchase property in Turkey with a special permit arranged through their Turkish lawyer.
