I'm quite new here and I have some questions, I really want to ask you guys. I've a unit in La Hoya Bay at Starfish, 5th floor, with one of the best views on the building. First of all, I need to know the current prices, how is the procedure if I want to sell my units, and who should I contact.

There are several re-sale agents out there. Not able to recommend any. I would suggest you wait till completion to be able to achieve best re-sale price.
Completion supposed to be September 2009 but I think September 2010 is more realistic.

The biggest agant i know is better homes Dubai Property Real Estate ? Rent, buy or Sale Properties in Dubai, UAE Apartments and Villas with Better Homes. Manage or Invest in Dubai Property with us., there are others advertising on gulf news website. I will be interested to hear how you get on. Unclear on what sort of re-sale market there is in Ras al Khaimah.
