Commercial property in Ajman

Currently I'm looking for an office in the UAE. Could someone be so kind to advise where I can find something not very expensive? I'm interested in 5% booking and minimal first payment and it may be even 2009.... I've heard that the property is quite chip in Ajman and Sharjah... Maybe someone is aware of good developers who can offer good prices and schedule plan?

I'd be vey grateful to all who will answer me.

hello OlgAurora , I have an office in falcon tower in Ajman, 1187 sqft, completion is in 12/2009. It has an attractive five year payment plan from the developer after 10% down payment with no interest.
The prices have gone up since I bought but I will sale below the current market price.
