hey,

as i mentioned before being a first time investor i am quite nervous but found DreamhomesWW to be very proffessional and i speak to them on a daily basis and they regularly answer all of my questions and return messages very quickly......they are all english speaking (originally from UK)....i too asked the question about Escrow but they assured me that everything would be ok and even if it came down to it (which is very unlikely) Rakeen would step in and complete the development also that everything there government owned as you mentioned anyway....

i would thoroughly recommend them....and i would be definately be using them to invest again in future....

does anyone know when the next price increases are due to be? i know i have just bought my place but am keene to see it grow - i guess i am being a bit eager/excited :-)

Default la hoya bay

I have finally commited to buying in LHB, around 850AED PSF (ie with 20% discount) with dream homes WW but that with 50% deposit within 14 days. The next price rise in JUNE 08 and its going to be 10%. It sounds too good and I hope its true. It means I will make 30% profit gross should I re-sale in July 08. I want to re-sale before the other 50% is due Q1 2009, unless there are further increases and the rent return is good as 8% rental return is not enough plus I may then want to invest in waterfront Dubai or Ajman. It costs me that much PA as I have to borrow money. Any thoughts!

That's a good price - what block and view is the unit. Why did they give such a good discount ?

yeah, i was just thinking the same thing - thats almost a 10-15K discount - thats an awful lot of discount..?!?

i spoke to DreamHomes yday and they confirmed 1st June 10% pay rise....sorry if you guys already knew...

i just wanted to ask if any of you have any recent picture apart from the LHB website...i phoned Khoie and all they keep telling me is the newsletter is being worked on!! so i thought id ask if anyone has any recent pics?

my first purchase is finally sinking in...

Roshan, thanks for your advice earlier on, i appreciate that a lot...:-) i am thinking of letting/renting my apartment out privately rather than signing up to the guarenteed rental scheme (where 8% minimum is assured) what do you guys think? my thought are that i can earn more in a week, rather than doing it on the scheme?!?! any thoughts...

please bear in mind i have just started out :-) thanks forall your help

Amit

Rishi

That sounds like a good deal 704k for a 1 bed in D block. Does the price include parking and what is the sq ft (please state if this includes the balcony).

To me this is a good deal on a 30/70 contract.

Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for your reply mate, the total size is around 680sf which does include the balcony as well, the property is without parking but i believe it is for 45K extra, what have you got, i know the size is not great but just for an investment with quick appreciation, cheers thanks for your reply?

Rishi
