I already have Kuwaiti clients who I advice on the market here, also Saudis.

GCC citizens are having it easy and if I were you, I;d invest in Sharjah because demand is extremely high. We let a G+15 tower in one month.... all apartments fully let.

So the investment here is safe.... and right now, I'll do anything to be a GCC Citizen LOL

i already investing at sharjah in AlNahda and Alqasemeya as well, and i need to invest more there in good location/price properties.
