Do you have a helicopter then?

You might do it in those times on a Friday morning or late at night, but add another 15-20 mins for off-peak times and another 30+ mins in peak times.

Oh & whilst Ajman might make something of itself, it will never rival Dubai. The comment that it will be the 'next Dubai' is very mis-leading.

Appreciate the objection to "The New Dubai", however, "Ajman - The place where you can experience similar returns on investment as those fortunate enough to sieze the opportunity in Dubai 6 years ago, where excellent capital appreciation is possible and as an emerging market, offers a secure option, which whilst it may not acheive the same level of chic as Dubai, but will make you good money none the less" is not quite so catchy a strapline though!

I totally agree with you. Besides other ME cities also try and compete with Dubai. The prices in Dubai will always be on a higher side.
