Ajman freehold laws are not in place but developers are selling as freehold...read on.

Ajman is totally freehold. i'm sure, i had a property there, sold it last year.
Maybe it's not in all ajman, but mainly in Emirates City, Marmooka city, Ajman One, and Hamdan City.

what do u think?

Ajman has not come out with freehold laws. There is lot spoken about but nothing so far. However the developers are selling as freehold.
