Alex, 575dhs per sq ft is too costly and its not something special! Look for a more established developer!

Im just hope it isnt all a scam?? As the prices seem fairly good ? 575per sqft.

Thanks!

Is is safe to say i will get what im promised/paid for? Has anyone dealt with this agent and or developer?

What are most hidden fee's and charges from the govt that the agent wont mention? They are offering payment plan's hence why im going ahead with it as of yet.

Is the new highway linked to Dubai city good to use to get to Dubai airport, etcetc?
Does anyone know the estimate travel time ,besides what the website states (20-25mins)

Thanks,
Any help is much appreciated

hi Alex. Ajman Is good place to invest but dependse how is the developer. and with company you are deailing with. You need to look for escrow acount us well. Yes there is not many project got escrow, but some of them they did. And ask for water and electrecity wareenty. Park View City got wareenty. Bonyan ( muster developer) also good. Also Maleysian company close 2 bil . contract with Ajman to provide water and electrecity. About the road , it will take minimum 30 minutes from airport if you ome on higwhey. i prefer if you wont to buy and stey, better first you come here.

if i were you i wouldnt invest in Ajman unless you personally know the developer. I was thinking of investing in Ajman but I didnt because

1) Prices are good for something which is near to Dubai, but can the developer be trusted??

2) There is no escrow. No security for investors.

3) Already had a bad experience with a scammer taking 30,000dhs from me and running off

4) No electricity. For your information Ajman borrows its electricity from Sharjah Power plants.

5) What is so special about Ajman? hmmm nothing

6) Y not go for something in RAK ok the prices are bit higher then Ajman but atleast they have escrow and the properties are Freehold. You know what you are buying.

7) RAK has something special and its Al Marjan Island something similar to the Palm Island or Jebel Ali Palm. Most of the Europeans especially British ppl are investing in RAK.

8) RAK planning on making its own Dubai land which will be 5 times bigger then Dubai land :s.

9) RAK is all about the nature with sandy beaches and mountains.

err and who is the developer? Sorry but unless Ajman gets itself its own Emaar or Nakheel I will not be investing in Ajman again. Guys I was scammed off 30,000dhs by investing in Ajman where the guy ran off. So please be advised that if you are investing in Ajman just be careful. In my opinion dont invest there unless they have escrow up and running. Sorry but had a bad experience and thought I would share it with others.

Mr tower is fully sold as far as I know, the resale market is developing. The reason the prices being a bit high is because its a well designed residential tower, 30 floors, and with very nice highway and lake views.

esskay the developer is also developing "esskay executive" tower, another huge development.

my 2 cents.

Default Arabian twin towers

Well,

There are more or less 15 cities coming up in Ajman on the Emirates Road. These are the multi billion Projects. so, i dont think there is any need to be worried about. but one thing is for sure, that it a little long term investment as it is compared to Dubai.
If need any assistance, you can contact me any time.
